Our precision stainless steel strip operation runs from a production facility in Danyang, Jiangsu Province, with a Shanghai sales office serving international customers. We focus on the development, production and supply of precision cold-rolled strip and coil for demanding industrial applications.
Our material range covers 200-series, 300-series and 400-series stainless grades, with thickness from 0.02 mm to 8.00 mm and tempers from soft through super-hard. Customers can specify application requirements for chemistry, mechanical properties, surface finish, edge condition, width and packing.
Precision strip depends on many small decisions. A seemingly minor change in reduction, annealing or slitting can alter how a strip feeds, bends, springs or seals. Because of this, we work from the part and process backwards to agree a specification that can be repeated from order to order.
Cold rolling and controlled heat treatment help build consistent mechanical performance.

The production route includes a 20-high Sendzimir mill, vertical bright annealing, horizontal annealing, tempering, tension levelling, precision grinding and multiple slitting lines. These capabilities support thin-gauge strip and tight tolerance development. In addition, our team reviews the intended forming process before agreeing the final route.
